Maximum Liability

Except as specified in these Terms, the maximum liability of FortySeven Media is the amount paid to FortySeven Media by the customer.

The Terms of Service take precedence over any conflicting material on the Service.

Reverse engineering the functionality or design of the site is not permitted.

Refund

No refunds will be given under any circumstances. For a very small monthly cost you can gain access to our entire training library and leave whenever you wish.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Once you cancel you can continue to use the application until your current billing period ends. You can cancel by going to your account page and clicking on "Cancel Your Plan" in the lower right hand corner.
